To ensure that all customers are receiving unused pieces of jewelry, we do not accept returns – all sales are final.
Although we do not accept returns, we do strive to provide the best customer service. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with an address to send it to.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
